Events
The events of 2007 proved to be fun, enlightening and bonding experiences. In 2008, the BWMBA looks forward to continuing to bring the women of the Broad program events that will build skills and strong networks, to be leveraged throughout their careers at MSU and beyond.
Spring 2008
- Bi-weekly Mix 'n Mingle

BWMBA is joining accounting professor Karen Sedatole for … No, not for a lecture on managerial accounting but for an evening of "heavy" hors d'oeuvres, sodas, and wine - Movie night and potluck (March, 2008)
"It is a truth universally acknowledged, that …” women of BWMBA are not only intelligent students but also are great cooks! Join us for potluck and romantic comedy “Pride and Prejudice” - Dinner with Karyll Shaw Executive Director MBA Program (April 9, 2008)
Karyll Shaw is an avid supporter of the BWMBA and maintains an open dialog with all participants about ways to improve the program, assists with any career development advice sought and enjoys just spending time with the BWMBA members. - Race for the Cure (Sunday, April 27, 2008, Downtown Lansing)
The BWMBA will be joining the Race to end breast cancer through fundraising efforts and running/walking for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation

We took a break from studying to get out and enjoy the sights, smells and tastes of the Fall Season - NAWMBA National Conference and Career Fair, November 2-3, 2007, Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland College Park, Maryland
What better way to network than to take advantage of a national career fair and conference for other National Association of Women MBA members?! This is a great annual opportunity to network! - Holiday Wine Tasting (November, 2007)
Dusty’s Wine Cellar was kind enough to have us back, this time for a private wine tasting for the BWMBA. - Bi-weekly Mix 'n Mingle
